🌞 Harvest the Sun: A Two-Day Solstice Tea Workshop to Recharge & Restore 🌿

Join us for a two-day journey designed to honour the abundant energy of the summer solstice — a time when nature is at its peak and the plants around us are bursting with vitality. Together, we’ll slow down, connect with the land, and capture the essence of this bright season to carry with us into the darker winter months.

Day One: Wild Plant Walk & Fireweed Harvest

We’ll begin outdoors, exploring both open meadow and forested habitats, learning to identify a diverse range of local plants in their natural settings. This is a chance to deepen your relationship with the wild botanicals that grow all around us — many of which are medicinal, nourishing, and deeply supportive.

We’ll end the day with a Fireweed harvest, and you’ll be guided through simple, accessible techniques for harvesting and drying herbs at home, as well as a recipe to make Ivan Chai from your harvest.

Day Two: Tea Blending & Solstice Magic at Sulis Collective

On the second day, we’ll gather at the beautiful Sulis Collective space to sip tea, ground ourselves, and learn the art of herbal tea blending. You’ll be introduced to the energetics of summer herbs and how to formulate your own tea blend — one that holds the warmth, energy, and brightness of summer to support you during the grey, chilly months of the Pacific Northwest.
