About the event

Nonviolent Communication: The Practice Series 🌿

You’ve learned the framework. Now it’s time to practice.

Join Marie Lacrampe — Relationship Facilitator, Conflict Resolution Coach & Mediator — at Sulis Collective for five intimate sessions designed to help you move from “I understand it” to “I can actually do it.”

Because learning a new way of communicating is one thing. Using it when you’re frustrated, triggered, misunderstood, or in the middle of a difficult conversation is another.

Each session will include a short check-in, real-play practice, feedback, and space to bring situations from your own life and work into the room.

This is a space to practice, experiment, learn from each other, and build confidence using NVC in real-world relationships.

This series is for people with some prior NVC experience, whether you attend Marie’s September 28 Introduction to NVC workshop or have completed NVC training elsewhere.
