Service Description
Each membership tier includes a set number of meeting room hours per month: - Dreamer: 2 hours - Believer: 4 hours Members are responsible for greeting and escorting clients into the space, including after locked hours.
Cancellation Policy
Members Only – Please Read Before Booking 1. Greeting & Escorting Guests: Members are responsible for greeting their clients at the building entrance and escorting them into and out of the meeting room. For bookings outside of unlocked hours, clients must be met at the ground-level entrance. 2. Respect for the Space: After your meeting, please ensure the room is tidy. Any dishes, cups, or other items used during the meeting must be placed in the “dirty dish bin”. 3. Credits & Monthly Reset: Each membership tier includes a set number of meeting room credits per month: Dreamer: 2 hours Believer: 4 hours Credits do not roll over and reset at the start of each month. 4. Additional Costs: Once your monthly credits are used up, additional bookings are billed at $25 per hour. 5. Buffer Time: A 15-minute buffer is included before and after each booking to allow for entering/exiting, tidying up, and prepping the space for your meeting. 6. Discretion During Events: If the meeting room is booked during any scheduled event hosted by Sulis or otherwise, please bring your guests quietly through the space to avoid disruptions. By booking the meeting room, you acknowledge and agree to follow these guidelines, including any additional costs once credits are used, and the included buffer time for setup and cleanup.
