Cancellation Policy

Free Day Pass Policy Each free pass holder may redeem one free pass per person. Bookings are not automatically confirmed — all requests are subject to approval. If your requested date is unavailable, a Sulis Collective team member will contact you with the next available option. Walk-ins are not accepted for free passes. We can’t wait to welcome you! To reschedule, please contact us 48hours prior to your scheduled time. We will advise of our next availability at that time.
